About the event

2 hours Ohio Approved Hours for early childhood educators.  Appropriate for educators preK-2nd grade

Many educators realize the benefits of teaching children ABOUT nature.  In this 2 hour workshop, we'll combine 3 actionable strategies for increasing and enhancing seasonal lessons into parts of your teaching practice to get you teaching IN and WITH nature as well.  We'll troubleshoot common experiences around sticks, stones, and challenging behaviors when working with children outdoors as well as sharing teacher and child tools for success.

This event is given for FREE to the public as part of Ohio Naturally's partnership with the Miami Valley Leave No Child Inside Collaborative.
