About the event
Learning to observe and interpret Bird language-a functional system of vocalizations and behaviors used by birds to communicate survival-related information-is an approachable and fascinating way to connect with nature just outside your door. In this all-outdoors workshop, Emily will lead the group through teachings on bird communication, a group observational meditation out on the land, and a mapping process that tells the story of the morning through the eyes of the birds.
Emily Foubert is an environmental educator, nature mentor, bird language leader. Guided by a deep reverence for the Earth and the wisdom of lived experience, Emily weaves together mindful adventure, spiritual and community-based exploration. Whether trekking through forests, circling in community, or pausing in silence beside a creek, Emily helps others rediscover what it means to be outside with intention-and leave feeling more whole.
