We're here to help increase the capacity of nature-based education in Ohio and understand the need for building "connective tissue" for educators, environmentalists, and the business-minded.
Coaching
Ohio Naturally believes that walking alongside educators as they take a look at their environment and teaching practice with a nature-based lens is the best way to create gentle change. Working with small groups of teachers for 2-6 on site sessions will create real pathways of success. Coaching sessions may include all of some of the following: a site walk through and understanding of the center or school's scope, goal setting, collaborative stakeholder identification and messaging, resource identification, written realistic framework for action, check ins, and end of session reflection.
Consulting
Many folks are looking for a 1:1 insight into nature-based education, a jump start into an external evaluation their nature-based center for growth, transitioning their existing center to a nature-based pedagogy, or starting their own nature-based family childcare center, or nature-based preschool. We are available to help with licensing, curriculum, and general business questions. We will start with a 30 minute zoom session to evaluated your needs and making a plan together.
